I just finished adding the Asset Protection Checklist to the Real Estate Investor Cookbook. While I do need to add quite a bit more to this page to cover the entire checklist of things to go through as a real estate investor for asset protection, I did add the Personal Financial Statement that is used by the Small Business Administration for getting loans.
